The AR10 Platform started as a simple request from a Law Enforcement Department to manufacture a 308 in a short platform for dense populated areas. So we did just that. We knew we wanted to stay with a traditional AR10 large frame so we married the Armalite cut with some key feature of the DPMS SR-25. This is one of the first platforms where weight wasn’t our first consideration. We wanted a stout and accurate system that had an aggressive stance.
This TYPE-A SPR14C AR10 is built on our all new Ambidextrous Billet AR10 Armalite platform with upgraded mil-spec components to make it an incredibly versatile firearm. All rifles are equipped with a 416R Stainless Steel Lightweight Contour barrel, a 416R Stainless Steel and our R5 Roller fully adjustable gas block . It’s also equipped with a SILENCERCO ASR muzzle device to give it that aggressive stance. Fully furnished with B5 furniture, SB A4 pistol brace, Law Tactical GEN3 Folder and 20 round capacity magazines. The TYPE-A SPR14C are driven by our TYPE-A Chrome Nitride coated bolt carrier group w/R.E.M. Polish. It’s also equipped with our improved TYPE-A PMC Straight 2-stage trigger to give it consistent reliability time after time.
NOTE: All of our pistols are Hardcoat Anodized and then Cerakoted to give you a longer lasting more durable finish. We wanted your rifle to wear to the anodized finish vs. the raw aluminum surface. Just another added benefit making your rifle….TYPE-A.
